F-15I's don't HAVE stealth capability. Which, if it really was an F-15I strike, is really bad news for anyone stupid enough to buy an SA-23 system from the Russians.

And if it wasn't and F-15I strike, that's also an interesting detail...

Now if that’s the case, the only country with aircraft capable of that would be the U.S. since we haven’t exported the F-22 to anyone yet that I know of outside of Japan I believe.

That would also make me smile knowing that some one, some where actually has their stuff together and just gets the job done.
