And perhaps the best news for Giuliani supporters -- his campaign reports he will enter the critical final months of 2007 (when it's time to start buying all those television ads) with $16 million in cash on hand.

Except he can only use $12 million of that; $4 million is earmarked for the general election, if he wins the primary (I'm guessing due to donors exceeding the $2,300 limit).

Also that Obama can probably kiss the VP slot goodbye, since he and Hill are at daggers drawn. Same goes for Mitt and Rudy, either or.
