Sounds like maybe FR isn’t the worry; this is something already happening with conservatives all over the country.
From what I can tell, the majority of the squishy “fence sitter” middle has already gone to the democrats. The hardcore conservative values voters are disgusted because they’ve finally figured out that politics is (gasp!) a dirty game. And the rest of the Republicans are left squabbling over scraps.
