Lets not get too excited yet. The soldiers are not off the hook, it is just that they are recommending less serious charges instead of charging them with a capital crime. “Lt. Col. Paul Ware on Thursday recommended that Staff Sgt. Frank Wuterich, charged with the unpremeditated murder of 17 Iraqis, should be tried instead for negligent homicide”

It sure would be nice if Congressional Democrats would actually get behind our Marines for a change.Even better if they got in front.
