Seems the Judges bent the rules in order for potential bad MDs to work in the field. Makes me wonder (Cough, $$$$, lawsuits, cough, cough) if these Judges wouldn’t mind over-ruling the Medical Board’s time tested ways.

Who knows, I guess they fancy themselves as enlightened and sophisticated oligarchs.

The state [one of four "Commonwealth"s] really should change it's name to Masstupidity.

Since you bring up the potential bad MDs argument, don't forget the USSC ruling in favor of less qualified applicants in the Bakke decision.

The favored applicant went on to have his licensed revoked for torturing a couple of patients with bad liposuction procedures. One may have died as a result of the procedure, and the poor medical care he provided post op, in trying to cover it up.

I can't believe we've sunk this low in commonsense.

The USSC rolled the dice with peoples' lives, they lost, and they themselves, did not pay for it.

This woman's desire to be an MD overrides her ability to function less than a "standard" MD, a malpractice premium increase waiting to happen, and the judiciary goes along with it.

We can only hope she becomes a pathologist.
