I don’t know anything about this Fairplay guy but I assumed he was drunk or on drugs.

Some wrestler. Bonaduce tossed this guy like a roll of toiler paper. When I saw it I couldn't figure out what Danny was supposed to have done wrong - They guy ran and jumped on him holding him in a bear hug. Danny just heaved the guy right over his head. The way O'Reilly was critizing Danny I was thinking the acts of the other guy must have been a planned part of the show and Danny did an improv move using too much muscle. If the guy jumping on Danny wasn't part of the act then Danny did not act out of line.
It won’t stop a civil lawsuit, though;)

Jonny Fairplay's behavior was offensive and over the line and Danny Bonaduce's response went too far.
He could have gotten Fairplay off without causing physical injury (and in fact he apologize for injuring him) But nobody can expect a guy to always respond rationally when something like this happens.
So I think the decision not to bring charges was the right one.

When I saw him dump the guy who was monkey-humping him over his head I really hoped the idiot lost a bunch of teeth hitting the floor. Self-defense for certain. But really, both of them are simply near-famous a**hats, with no real talent that i can see. They fall into the Paris hilton or Cato Cailin category
