It would be a silly suit to bring. Mr. Toothless initiated the contact. All Bonaduce did was throw the guy off of him. It was defensive. Bonaduce should counter-sue for battery, which he would win. Also mitigating the dryhumper's claim would be the fact that he was a former wrestler. He should know how to take a fall.

The only rational explanation for the humper to bring suit would be the desire for publicity. He won't get any money, that's for sure.

A sober individual would have put their hands up as a reflexive measure. I would conclude that Mr. Fairplay was inebriated or on drugs.
