I believe most Union members are patriots. The leadership is frequently another story.

I seriously doubt most of the Union leadership truly is looking out for the members. When was the last time a Union bigwig and their thugs missed a paycheck during a strike?

Fake but accurate. Phony street soldiers. Typical Dem output.

Somehow I can’t see forcing a union member to attend a non-union related rally as being legal.

######

During the weekend of Thanksgiving, 2000, Al Gore had John Sweeney on the phone, begging for “volunteers” to counteract the demonstrators standing out side the gates of his residence, shouting “Get out of Cheney’s house.”

“Who sent those people” was a question that Gore’s supporters and operatives kept asking. TV reporters kept asking us, too, as I recall. Apparently dems have a real problem conceptualizing real grass roots efforts.

A undercover reporter walked the Sept. 15 anti-everything protest.

He has college students telling him that their professors promised them extra credit to be in D.C. The professors bussed them in.

Afterwards he went to a local homeless shelter and saw signs in a nearby trash bin. The protest organizers, he was told, paid them $20 to be there.

Time is short this AM, but I’ll need to search the Sept. 15 blog reports to find it. I’ll get back to you with a link.

Something not right here. If I were a member of that union and they TOLD me I HAD to protest at Walter Reid I’d tell them to go F themselves and go right to the newspapers . Bette ryet I’d wear a wire and record the event.

But as a former vet myself, nothing I have heard recently has steamed me so much. We need to get this info out to the news media and to folks like Mark Levin, Rush and Hannity.

Yes, this is why the moonbats love to go around saying that 70% of the US population is against the war.

I just chided an anti-war FReeper for touting that tired old fake statistic yesterday. It's a load of crap and incidents like this make it even more obvious.

Thank you for your service and for all that you do for our troops.

Rush has the best rebuttal to that “70% against” statistic - if it was true, Pelosi and Reid would have been able to pass legislation against continuing the war.

I’ve personally encountered union members who were made to stand at polling places to support Democrats, when they really wanted to support Republicans.

You know, with your Baptist Church remark, I find it interesting that only so called “conservatives” feel the need to take shots at their own side of the spectrum however ugly (e.g how many times do you hear David Duke or Adolph mentioned by conservative commentators) to make their point (liberals NEVER do this). O’Reilly does this all the time and even singled out Free Republic erroneously.

God doens’t hate anyone from what I can tell, but I’m certain the Creator is not happy with fags. Showing up at funerals and blaming soldiers seems like a left wing stunt however.

Likewise; this is illegal. Could you file a formal complaint with the National Labor Relations Board?

Thanks to you, AW, and the rest of the DC Team for keeping the moonbat scumbags at bay.

You have identified the baseline problem with the concept of “rightwing” and “leftwing.” The words “conservative” and “liberal” have also morphed into meanings far from the actual original definitions.

If ideologies were on a continuum (illustrated by a circle), instead of a straight line (illustrated by a ruler), Hitler would be very close to other totalitarians - Stalin, Lenin, etc. The anti-gay demonstrators would be near any other disruptive anarchist group, not near other patriot groups.

The straight line - wing-to-wing concept, is another ‘message’ sold to the public by the “mainstream”. Try to ask any “mainstream” reporter or commentator who do they see on their “left” wing, since they claim to be in the center. They cannot answer.

I just write all this to help point out how we must be vigilant against letting others frame our language, because they are NOT doing it to harm their own ideological message. We argue at a disadvantage every time we succumb to their definitions.

That is pretty serious stuff ... a union is now running the harassment stand outside WRAMC? I wonder how closely tied they are to Code Pink, who holds the permit, etc. I’m sure the DC Chapter will be on top of it and it will be interesting to see if the MSM picks up on this.
