Plus, seats in the House of Representatives are apportioned by population counted by the census, which counts illegals as residents. So states that increase their illegal population will gain seats, and states that don't (especially ones that enforce immigration law) will lose seats.

The states in the old South could count slaves as 3/5 of a "resident" for representation, but Spitzer and Hillary get 100% of a "resident" for each illegal counted in the census.
