I'm sorry, I'm a pretty open-minded person, and I have sympathy for women who are conditioned to believe abortion is a good thing in any way, but this statement has me wondering about Goldberg's mental health. I mean, more than I was before.

Let's pretend having an abortion is the same as any other kind of surgery--removing a tooth or open-heart surgery--why would one have "reverence" for someone who has surgery?

Of course, it's not the same--so why have "reverence" for someone who snuffs out a completely defenseless life--even if one claims it's only "potential" life, how is destroying that an action that demands reverence?
