Officially for Fatah terrorists, and he's talking about American Jews who aren't at risk.
It's a political difference, the left does believe we can talk these things out. If GWB could sit down and settle his differences with Iran over coffee, why not Israel and the palestinians.
Whether Israel, or our WOT, it's difficult to effectively confront that arguement with people who essentially perceive nothing at risk.
