Why the president is siding with the World Court to intervene in the execution of this monster murderer, against a Texas court decision ,of an American teenager is beyond me. He is deliberately subjugating our court system, undermining our own jurisdiction, which is inexcusable.

The last two paragraphs of President George Washington warn of what is happening in America today;

For collusion of powers, he warned, “The habits of thinking in a free country should inspire caution in those entrusted with its administration to confine themselves within their respective constitutional spheres, avoiding in the exercise of the powers of one department to encroach upon another. The spirit of encroachment tends to consolidate the powers of all the departments in one and thus to create whatever the form of government, a real despotism.”

On usurpation, he warned, “If, in the opinion of the people, the distribution or modification of the constitutional powers be in any particular wrong, let it be corrected by an amendment in the way which the Constitution designates. But let there be no change by usurpation; for though this, in one instance, may be the instrument of good, it is the customary weapon by which free governments are destroyed. The precedent must always greatly overbalance in permanent evil any partial or transient benefit which the use can at any time yield.”

May the Judicial stay in the courts, the Congress stay on the Hill, and the President stay in the White House. Separation of powers was and is a good idea.

The Constitution is the supreme law of the land. In other words, the American legal system is subordinate to no other.

As for these murders, despite the fact they are nauseating and disturbing, I do not wish "revenge" upon them. They were afforded due process, were convicted, and were sentenced in accordance with the laws of the land. Just carry out the execution; no amount of punishment or vengeance that could be dealt on this Earth can even come close to matching what God has in store for the killers.
