Spitzer’s lackeys were on the radio (Albany AM local news in the last hour of Rush) claiming that this move would assure greater security for New Yorkers.
It’s the “let’s make nice news” unless there’s a Republican on the hook, in which case they are duty bound.
I was just wondering. Now that Spitzer’s suspended aide has moved on to work for a big lobbying firm (the guy in exile due to Troopergate scandal) -will part of his new job desription be to pick up where the Roger Stone threatening phone calls left off:

The other issue that’s not being talked about is Gov. Spitzer’s plan to remove visa dates from the front of NYS - Drivers License. What is the purpose of that of removing Visa Dates that are currently on the drivers License? In what possible way does that serve the NYS Citizen.
