Whatever loss of native wealthy folks is counterbalanced by a continued influx of wealthy New Yorkers. Nevertheless, once the bills come due in the next few years, those folks will be looking elsewhere as well.
I’m a life long Jersey resident. People are leaving but the very wealthy are moving in as well as masses of illegals.
In north NJ here they continue to turn every square foot available into million dollar condos and they sell in a day .
This state is a corrupt hell hole for sure . Old school democrats own the place and the corruption would make Nero blush. People keep voting them in because half the population is on the take some how ,working for the State.
In North NJ it does not seem like the population is thinning. It takes an hour to drive 5 miles on any given day as the traffic is massive , any time , any hour.
