When I arrived in Los Angeles in late 1995, she'd be on Los
Angeles talk radio, wailing about how nothing was being done about
the plight of women in Afghanistan under the Taliban.

Somehow, despite my assiduous attention to Los Angeles talk
radio, I don't recall hearing a PEEP from Mavis Leno after Dubya
(and a few good men and women) LIBERATED the women from the Taliban
in 2001.

But I was not shocked at this.
My "real California" (LIEBERALS) that I worked with in Los Angeles
would GROAN in pain when I'd mention the FACT that Dubya,
a small cadre of American WARRIORS and Afghani ALLIES had...
LIBERATED MORE AFGHANI WOMEN in a month or two...
than The National Organization of Women and MAVIS LENO had in
a decade or more of "b-tchin".
Even during THE CLINTON ADMINISTRATION!!!!
