Thompsons views on federalism when it comes to the Federal Marriage Amendment are laughable at best. It would flunk a first year constitutional law student out of law school.

(picture the proffessor offering the student a dime to call home because he has no future in law)

Guiliani is totally unacceptable. He is just plain hillary in a dress.

Fortunatly we have a primary. The MSM is trying to shove a NYC liberal Guiliani down our throats the way they pushed AMNESTY.

When the primary is over then we will decide. For now, NOBODY gets my money or my time OR my enthusiasm. They WILL get complete scrutiny and exposure of idiotic positions.

I’ve been an attorney for thirty years. In that time I’ve been an official in the DOJ and a law professor teaching Federal Courts and Constitutional Law. Your comment is so groundless and ignorant it almost leaves me speechless. Thompson’s views “on federalism when it comes to the Federal Marriage Amendment” are entirely defensible and he has defended them very ably. Try hard not to write about things you don’t understand.
