After all this, we still don’t know who’s paying the tuition, despite the one report that it’s the grandparents. The combined $45K income is suspiciously low for a family living at that level - 3,000/sqft house, SUV, private school, etc. I’ll leave it at that.

If the Gparents are giving $40k to the school and that just happens to be the tuition for the kids, that’s a gift to the parents and should be considered income by them.

My guess is that the Frosts want this story to go away NOW.

I have read several versions of who and how it is being paid. From they got a grant and don't pay a dime. To the Grandparents pay it. To they got a reduced rate. To they got financial aid. To they got financial aid and a reduced rate.
