This also reminds me of President Brodhead of Duke (an educated man, a university president, to boot), saying that he hoped for a trial in which the accused Duke lacrosse players would have a chance to ‘prove their innocence’.

I guess an accusation these days is enough for guilt; and you’d better be able to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that you didn’t commit the crime, otherwise, you’re toast.

NO! You're not entitled to the benefit of the doubt if you're convicted already in the media. Why have a jury trial? Every one knows the truth even before it gets to be heard in court. The Lacrosse players were convicted and the media has decided Rush and Ann don't have the right to explain what their comments mean to the country. Its goes around destroying its enemies' lives and their reputations. The pen is mightier than the sword.

Yeah, they have it upside down...but if you can watch the FULL video..and find these officers had no part in this boys death....then feel free to send your own kids to places like this.
