Judges extend block on background checks By Elise Kleeman, Staff Writer

LA CAÑADA FLINTRIDGE - A panel of three federal judges has extended its temporary injunction blocking NASA from requiring background checks of all JPL employees.

Without an injunction, JPL employees who did not complete the necessary paperwork would have been "voluntarily terminated" Oct. 27.

Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals judge

The most overturned court in US History. This will get the boot too. The Employer is completely within his/her rights to set the terms of employment. The employees have no legal leg to stand on.

What next? A lawsuit by CIA employees being required to sign non Discloser contracts?

Given the sabotage at NASA recently (tip of the iceberg?)
the question becomes: Are the judges accomplices before,
or after, the fact; or both?

Nah, why should we care if JPL or Lawrence Livermore or any other national facility like that is infiltrated? These judges are idiots. /ICan’tBelieveThisHasToBeSarcasm

The employer should just make carrying a firearm a job requirement. Then every employee will be forced to undergo a criminal background check. Problem solved.

Unless, of course, the Ninth Circuit somehow decides that requiring a background check prior to owning a firearm is unConstitutional. But that would probably only apply to illegal immigrants. Citizens would still have to prove that they are not criminals.
