Yeah. This is a character in a fictional situation speaking lines written for her. People need to settle down here. If this suit could fly, then a whole lot of people are owed a whole lot of money retroactively for slurs in fictional situations in books, magazines, movies, and TV shows.
Can you imagine the windfall for Republicans, conservatives and anybody else slander at the altar of PC/Democrat Correctness? Of course I don't support this but one would need to fight fire with fire if it came down to it.
