I’m serious. I really do believe that thru a statewide initiative you’re going to have to provide some selling points to the cast-off counties.
You are quite right. I had given that a passing thought at one point, but the thought passed quickly and with no action on my part. You have done great with a list and it is an important aspect worth consideration and action.
