There is a fairly large mosque in Monmouth County I’m familiar with that was one of the first to go multi language (had Spanish translations as early as end of 2001). They assist migration of Spanish Muslims.

The one I lived near for that short time yerars ago was in Asbury Park. I didn't know the name of it at the time but its now called Islamic Center of Asbury Park.
