In Maryland the District Court is a minor court that hears things such as small claims, traffic tickets, misdemeanors, etc. More than likely this is some sort of zoning or building permit case, which appears to have been resolved by entry of a consent judgment. However, there is a hearing set for November 16. It may be that the injunction called for some sort of remedial action, and the hearing is set to determine whether that action has taken place.
sounds like they did some renovation without a permit, or had some sort of building code violation they did not correct. Possibly on the building they are getting rental income from?
