You asked me, Is the police captain a liar? We live a politically correct world, the PC will say what he believes will bring less heat. What are you trying to infer? do you know him and want to say something. I guess you question nothing and take everything a face value. Teenagers running around in the dark burning flags as a protest? Most rational people are going to ASSUME it was a teenage prank, so exactly what use is a protest like that unless you tell the world you’re protesting?
