The Activism Sidebar is reserved for "Activism, protests, [and] news and business of Free Republic Chapters." Note that it does not apply to activists in general.

This thread does not belong there, and I used this opportunity to illustrate why.

I can’t see that happening. He’s not going to be hard to spot, esp with all the other trucks on the road. If he gets anywhere near, I would think LE would blow the truck up. The ones I have concerns about are the trucks, buses, ER vehicles that aren’t known to be stolen.

This dummy doesn’t know about “Rule number one” as it pertains to evading the police.

Rule number one: When one attempts to escape from the police, one must have a vehicle capable of escaping the police.

If not....everything else tends to go pear shaped rather quickly.

He could be off on some backroad unloading the gas as we speak.

Funny some random guy could drive an 18 wheeler like that.

"So, given a, b, and c, what the hell is the dude going to do with the gas?"

Sell the whole load to a gas station for a couple of dimes.

Nah, that’s a lot of money he’s driving around. They did this so often with cigarettes, they started shipping them in unmarked trucks.

Yes,I know that cigarette trucks are hijacked all the time. But with Fort Meade (home of the NSA) just 15 miles down the road one must at least entertain the possibility that something really bad might happen.I'll wager that the FBI and the Pentagon are at least a little bit worried right now.

15 miles? Now that’s too close.

That new crack-down on crime in Baltimore by the new mayor and police chief is really working!

what the hell is the dude going to do with the gas?

Any double deck bridges around? Park that baby on the bottom deck, ignite, one collapsed steel bridge. 21 minutes to melt an overpass in Oakland.
