VP Cheney is The President of the Sinate. Since the VP is rarely there, the Majority Party (the RATS) gets to daily pick the “Acting Sinate President”. In this case, the RATS must have picked one of the Sinator “Two Bagger’s” to be the daily actor.
I know one would thing Hillary, but he is addressing the acting speaker pro temp in the Senate, whoever is sitting or standing in the big podium up there. I think that is right...

When I heard that on Rush's show today, I thought I misheard him. Reid really said that it seems! This cant be right, there has to be something more to this,,, It cant be what Im thinking, no Senator would be that disrespectful.
