Sorry but that is the attitude so many of the illegals have. I am owed something. I don’t have to pay the fines.

Well thats just not how this country works.
In Florida, you have an option to pay your fine by peforming community service. He showed up. Did the work. But somewhere, the paperwork was screwed up.
