It is an interesting dilemma: here you have a subject who is being asked to undergo hardship for the crime his parents committed. I’m afraid there’s no easy answer.
Yet another reason I loathe illegals. They put their own children into situations like this. Terrible.

It is not a dilemma. It is the law. If you don’t like it, vote those people in who will change the law. It’s pretty cut and dry. On a lighter note if he gets deported....it seems as if he has some decent business sense....he could probably start up the same business but in another country.
this is a crock.
this is like the miami case with the two “valedictorians” who are wanting to go to community college.
They have exhaused the family appeals and are now trying the Dream Act AMNESTY push for serial immigration.
If the illegal now grown boys can stay then they can get serial visas for the parents (and so on)
The case has been a misguided poster child for some highschoolers in miami.
The fact is existing law has been more than adequate. I would question what those lawyers did or did not do. I would also question the additional criminal activity of the parents to have a denial.
Sorry but there is no difficulty on this one.
