Of course you are aware that the particular flapjaw motormouth to whom you refer has long been a plague on FR. As I recall, this guy was (and probably still is) one of the more vocal screechers debunking the SPP/NAU as a valid threat.

I will explain it to you since your knee jerk self riotousness blinds you to the painfully obvious. Many of these people are fashionable greens. Not quite so much fun for them to actually bear the consequences of their Green dogmas. Proper conservation techniques would prevent these sort of disasters but because of their rabid Green dogmas, they prevent anything that might spoil their “pristine” environment. Kind of a case of their chickens coming home to roost.
