This goes back sometime. Remember in 2004 when they arrested him twice as I recall (some folks say three time) and turned him over to the Iraqi's and they released him. Here is story about first warrant for him:

This is actual factual. It will take me some time to find it, but I know that the reports I’ve read also stated the same. We had him in ‘03 and again in April/May 04, but were not allowed to fire.
