Rep. Thomas M. Reynolds, New York Republican, is right...Yhello?
I think polls show 72% and higher against this. the 28% for it are the combined number of illegals and extremist left wingers in the state, about equally split.
why can’t these people just use their REAL ID instead of stealing American citizens. Mexican licenses are perfectly legal.
>>Again, Mr. Spitzer was defiant: “I hate to say it the clerks have to enforce it,” he said. “The clerks who issue driver’s licenses are agents of the state. They do not make state law on this. State government does.”<<
And Spitzer is Louis XIV???? “Le etat, c’est moi.” “I am the state.” Earth to His Majesty, there is a state law that contradicts your order!
Lou Dobbs comments on Hillary and all other Dem. presidential candidates:
“Well, Democratic presidential candidate Senator Hillary Clinton says the governor’s proposal to give away driver’s licenses to illegal aliens — quote — “makes a lot of sense.” But while the senator is for the governor’s policy, it appears she may also be against it, the senator from New York telling a New Hampshire newspaper that individual states shouldn’t try to reform immigration laws. Instead, the federal government, she says, should pass what she calls comprehensive immigration reform legislation.
You know, I just can’t even begin to tell you what I think of every single one of the Democratic presidential candidates, their positions on illegal immigration, border and port security. They are a crying, pathetic, joke in terms of border security, port security and immigration policy.
And this is an absurdity, for her to make such a recommendation. I think that the American people — this is my forecast, and you can write this one down. I think that Democrats and Republicans, working men and women in this country, just about every one in this country has had a bellyful of the sophistry and the specious nonsense emanating from our elected officials in Washington, Democrat or Republican.
And I think there will be consequences as a result. I may be wrong, but that’s my forecast. And I think that every American should make it his and her business to make certain that there are definitely political consequences at the polls.”
It would be a no brainer even to not go in there in the first place.
If found out they were not on legal resident status, they would be stopped right at the DMV "uketsuke" information booth, politely told to wait over on the side for a few minutes <<"お客様、ちょっと此方で少々お待ちください">> and within a few minutes a Japanese police officer would be summoned to the DMV office, they would be detained, questioned, held in lock up with other visa overstayers or visa violators, and deported right straight out of Narita Airport probably within 48 hours, with a scarlet stamp on their passport disallowing them to enter Japan for another 10 years. They might not even be allowed to go back to their apartment to get their matters in order. And not a single Japanese would shed a tear about it. Except perhaps some attorneys from Western-trained Lawyers Federations looking for an ambulance to chase.
