This is an older article by Mr Jackson that has been recently updated. The bit in the excerpt at the top is the most recent addition. I suppose it would be too much to expect the courtesy of a reply from Mr Springsteen. I think he owes fellow Americans an apology. But in my experience the left never apologize. However there have been some outstanding individuals who have recanted and then attacked their former colleagues in the hope that they too might see the light but few of them do.

Watching a VH1 classic program earlier, President Reagan mentioned Springsteen’s song ‘Born in the USA’ in a speech, thinking it was a patriotic song, and here Springsteen and his band member are saying President Reagan didn’t understand what the song was about.

John Edwards is just as bad as Kerry. He ruthlessly used a tax shelter to greatly minimize the government’s tax take by setting up a corporation to shelter $11 million in earnings from Medicare taxes.
