Fred Thompson said he wasn't gonna address Terri any more. It appears he joined the euthanasia bandwagon on Oct. 25. So, is the Republican Party no longer pro-life in any sense of the word?

He's pro-courts but says he's against judical activism. How can he be on both sides? This lawyer should NEVER be president or vice president. NEVER. He doesn't appear to have strong convictions.

All these big, self important men are afraid to talk about a woman, one woman, Terri Schiavo. Do we really need more cowards running this country?

Besides, killing Terri set back the women's movement, the civil rights movement and disability rights back about fifty years if not longer.

Todd Farha's the CEO Bush 43 put on the SEC. Would not that break SEC laws at some point. Don't people have to divest their interests in corporations if they are federally appointed?

Well, Todd Farha didn't. I think he was part of Charlie Crist's campaign for governor. Crist hasn't said one word about this raid. I'll link Farha to Crist by next week. Crist will be a one termer imo.

I knew I smelled a CRIST-CRITTER IN THE AIR. Florida's Governor Man from Glad appointed a Wellcare exec for Florida's HEALTH CARE ADMINISTRATION. (no wonder CC's hiding out this week). Big fundraisers get in the cabinet and are raided by the FBI subsequently.

So, Crist benefited from a health care company that is under FBI investigation and they got the gop loyalty rebate - STATE EMPLOYMENT. Oops!

SEC enters probe. That’s all well and good except for info that Wellcare’s CEO Todd Farha was appointed by Bush 43 to the SEC. Will it be an investigation or something else entirely? If Todd Farha is at SEC and Wellcare, he should quit the SEC if they are going to investigate this fraud case in addition to the FBI’s investigation. I haven’t researched Farha’s work at the SEC but I will God willing.

This is my last for the morning. This Todd Farha's appointment by Bush 43 is good through 2009. Director of Securities Investor Protection. While he's under investigation, shouldn't he be on leave or fired??? He didn't protect investors and Wellcare's shares are tumblin' down. Mr. President, let this "pioneer" go. Stop appointing fundraisers for everything!!!!

Threads are about money are often deemed to be dull but “follow the money” explains so much that is going on at present. Kudos to the FBI for raiding the Tampa office and for Fla AG Bill McCollum for opening an investigation. Maybe it’s a new day in Florida and that’s fine by me.

Hey, on Fred Thompson’s thread, I ate too many lead paint chips as a child. Further, the Bushes did all they could don’t you know and Alberto Gonzalez didn’t harm Terri. Gee, if the naysayers knew and/or accepted the truth, they wouldn’t be so touchy or need to flame us.
