I suggest rounding up all the gang members of all races and walling them in to Qualcomm stadium (or another one if it’s in worse shape, why trash a good one) and putting a big pile of hand weapons in the middle of the field. The winner is the one left standing or alive. He or she gets to leave and gets a free trip anywhere out of the country (one way).
Of course we put up a ton of CCTV cameras all over the stadium to catch all the action.

But law enforcement officials say the F13 members—and the Crips—frequently targeted victims based on race. “The way it came out was that any young black man could be the target of [F13] and any young Hispanic man was the target of the [black gang],” says Rosales. “All they see is race.”

If it was a white gang against either that would be the immediate vector.
