IIRC, the man who said this was a Representitive Major Owens.

Years ago, early 1960’s, I met John Lewis at a SNCC sponsored civil rights rally in Seattle. I also met Marion Berry of mayor of DC fame, Harry Belefonte and several other assorted ne’r do wells.

After meeting a few of these guys I got out of both Seattle and the civil rights movement and have lived happily ever after.

DOH! You’re exactly right. My apologies to Rep Lewis. He’s not as much a dolt as I give him credit for.
