Bill's been seen hanging around the lobby of the U.N. -- Bush ran into him a few weeks ago (story here on FR) and said something about it to some other people. Slick was literally lobbying......he's got something in mind.
Maybe he plans to renounce his U.S. citizenship to "serve the world" so he can be eligible? Wouldn't put it past him.

The UN will ignore any by-laws if they wish to do so-even they’re own-they do it all the time.
However, Hill as Prez while Bill as UNSG is a bit much
