You cannot enjoy or maintain the right to liberty, privacy, pursuit of happiness, privacy, jury trial, bear arms, or any other right on this Earth if you do not secure foremost the right to life. The dead may be happy in heaven or free to wander the torturous fires of hell, but they do not inhabit this earth.

Well, you see, it’s sort of maybe in the emanations of the penumbras of the ninth-er, no, maybe the concept of ordered liberty in the 14th..

Heck, what does it matter?

We’ll just tell ‘em it’s in there somewhere and we’re sure it’s broad enough to cover killing on demand.
