Congress is not getting its work done. We're near the end of the year, and there really isn't much to show for it. The House of Representatives has wasted valuable time....
I happened to catch this on C-SPAN live, and it was a hoot (the sections you boldfaced).
Wish we'd seen more of that over recent years.
