He was still good looking even at 73. Of course, he could afford plastic surgery and Botox. But whether he did or not, he did age well.

He was very popular in the 60s. I was in a choral group in high school and my choral teacher started talking to the guys about Robert Goulet and his baritone and we girls started oohing and ahing over those beautiful blue eyes. Our teacher yelled at us since that was not the subject of our discussion, but what did he expect? A great voice that would melt the hardest of hearts and those blue, blue eyes.

I guess I am getting old, but I really miss all those multi-talented entertainers and those great composers like Cole Porter, Rodgers and Hammerstein, Lerner and Lowe, etc. They teamed up with many a great love song.
