Perhaps you should hang a noose in a tree in your front yard or in the break room where you work.
The trees in my front yard are too small. A noose just doesn't look too threatening when it's hung from a 1" diameter branch. Besides, with the garage method, I can open it when I want so as to offend the most liberal folks that might pass by.
Oh, and we don't have a break room at work.
Come out of the Noose Hanging Closet!

At your church or synagogue or perhaps even at a church on the other side of town!
Tie a noose to the rear bumper of your car and drive around a minority neighborhood.
