You could only say whites are racist in the sense of what’s called “institutional racism” - words built into our language and habits of thought without thinking passed down for generations.

But if that is true, then it would apply to all races, all cultures and all nations, since everyone has words and habits of thought passed down through the centuries. So why is the “institutional racism” of only one race and culture having the spotlight placed upon it?

Simply, whites were so much more successful at it than anyone else. And you do not look for a payout from poor failures.

This is the race relationship that has been problematic in our nation.
