The other day (Monday), I was in NYC for a meeting - the meeting was at a hotel on 6th Ave. - anyway, I was waiting for the damn elevator which took forever and I was standing next to some short fellow and exchanged pleasantries which included "where are you from and what do you do" type stuff - long story short this fellow says "Well, I am in real estate consulting and movies." I observed that that was quite a range and he said you will not have heard of my movie but it is Hillary Uncensored - I said no, actually, I have heard of it and I heard of it on one of the right wing sites I frequent and I mentioned "Free Republic."
Well, obviously, it was Doug from Upland and I told him I was proud to meet him and good luck. Soooo, Doug, I will be contacting you to see if you want to show your film in New Orleans - God bless you and keep up the good work - yes, its a small world afterall. Lord love a duck, I still hate the song after three (3) children and three (3) trips to Disney World - so does my wife but there you go.
Doug mentioned this encounter last night. Isn't it wonderful when that happens?
I recently found out that a high school classmate is an active freeper and has been for years. This might not seem so surprising, except that there were only 28 of us and our high school was deep in mind-numbed Democrat territory.
