Can you please explain to me why President Bush wants to actually give Mexico over a billion..(the article states)...

..what part of this does my feeble brain not comprehend?

Why give them anything?....We know the corruption is rampant...

..can either of you or all of you please give me a simple explanation.....as I can find no bit of logic or rhyme or reason for doing this.

Your brain isn't feeble the difference between you and Bush is that you are thinking like an American. Bush is thinking in terms of his desired North American Union. As far as he is concerned the border between Mexico and the U.S. doesn't exist. He only sees one umbrella government covering Canada, Mexico and the U.S. Consequently he is giving money to people of the same government to which he belongs.

It helps my understanding when I read your posts...
..I do believe Bush wants a NWO....and it scares me that I, along with millions of others, were so gullible to trust him.

A lot of us are kicking ourselves that we weren't more discerning.
