You vastly underestimate the Clinton machine.
Hillary is the nominee.
The only issue now is who she selects for a running mate. It will be a person who is a trusted Clinton supporter, who can help in the South and with the swing states and who communicates with Hispanics. Any idea who that might be? Hint: he's the only person who came to Hillary's defense during the debate.
Edwards will be her running mate. A dollar to a donut says so.
