9000 votes represents about 2% (1 out of 52) of all votes cast in Allegheny county in the 2006 election.
It was :
- 6.6% of the margin of victory in the senate race.
- 9.8% of the margin of victory in the governor's race
Not a very big number indeed. These are only the ones they have found in Allegheny County. I would bet we have an even bigger number in the Philadelphia area.
I still contend that Bush won Pennsylvania in '04.
