When you’re down, sometimes the only way to get back up is for your foe to fall down with you. In 1998, things looked grim for OH Rodents. OH trended toward being a one state party. However thanks to Taft, OH is trending toward a one state party in the other way.

Huh? Schumer expects to gain seats when in an election where his party doesn't hold the White House and he calls this "tectonic plate" shifting?!?
