It is, however, the responsibility of each parent to understand and evaluate the risks and rewards with the vaccine. Exactly the point. It should be up to the child's parents whether or not she is vaccinated. The state should keep their nose out of it.
But the evaluation should be based on the facts, not unsubstantiated scare stories and misinformation.
