Certain areas have become extremely dangerous. A female officer was shot, not fatally, over the weekend at a "club." The news report stated that "at least four" of the club-goers were shooting at the police. That's what a corrupt city government, run on patronage, gets you. Even Rendell did a better job of running the city. And it hurts to say that - because he's such an inept, pompous jackass.

They have. The local media has been constantly broadcasting a description since this happened. The suspect is a young black male, heavy set, with a spider or spiderweb tattoo on his left hand, and a limp. Is that enough for you?
If he ever is caught and convicted he can become the next poster boy for Holloywood and the rest of the braindead left. He should get his own radio show, grow some dreadlocks and we can all but t-shits with his face on it.
So then I figured, well, it must've been a black guy, because if he had been white, they would've mentioned his race.
