It is not “their” domain. WE are the top animal in the food chain. They live only because we wish them to live.
That is the brutal truth. Two hundred years ago, you could argue differently. Today, man is indisputably dominant everywhere.

But, that doesn’t make him smart. Lazy bastard threw his dogs out (for bait?) and assumed nothing would happen to them. If the neighbor shot them for pooping on his lawn would that make it different because the neighbor is at the top of the food chain and his yard is his domain?
