The tuberculosis map looks just like the distribution of Liberals.

Yeah.

And to think all this time they've been blaming secondhand smoke...

Yeah.

I've been so elliptical that I may have obscured my alleged point.<-p>I would certainly put down $100 at 2:1 against that the majority of the workers tested, leave alone teswted positive, were illegals. And it seems to me there is almost certainly a connection, that is, that they were infected with TB before they got to that Factory and probably before they got to the border.

So, it seems to me the REAL point of this story is that there are a bunch 'o illegals providing yet more evidence that open borders in the future and amnesty for past transgressors is a totally lousy idea.

But the presstitutes in this article don't even see fit to mention the status of the workers. So, by that omission they betray their agenda which is not to inform but to control our opinions.

In other words, the REAL story is not the TB or the illegal immigration but that abuse of the 1st Amendment immunities afforded the newsies.

>>An immigration lawyer said the guest worker visa most legal poultry workers have does not require TB tests or other medical screening.<<

This is a real confidence builder of our government. /sarcasm!

I have a health nut sister in law who has not immunized her 2 and 4 year old sons. Any thoughts anybody? She also had taken them on several trips to Puerto Rico and Mexico. BTW, she herself is a nurse practitioner which is an advanced science degree.

She really irritated me when she demanded to know if the other chilren at her kids’ pre school were immunized.

There are many perfectly good vaccines whose benefits outweigh the risks. Most of the childhood illnesses fall in that category. The hepatitis vaccine only makes sense for emergency and health care workers who face exposure when dealing the IV drug users, prostitutes and their customers. The human papilloma vaccine being foisted on young women is having a fairly large number of negative reactions as it is rolled out. It only protects against the two most common (of 128 total) variants of the virus.

I'm sure you've heard the autism ads on the radio. The rates of autism are claimed to be 1 in 150 kids. Some have claimed this was caused by vaccines with mercury based preservatives. There is obviously a range of behavior labeled "autistic". One guest on CoastToCoastAM said his father was autistic, yet managed to have a very successful career as a research scientist. He admitted to some level of autism in himself as well. His theory is that autism is a genetic trait and that autistic people are more sensitive to the consequences of mercury exposure.
